Definition
The third bet (raise) in the current betting round. Preflop, a 3-bet is a re-raise after the first voluntary bet, since the 1st bet is the big blind and the 2nd bet is the first raise. A special case of a 3-bet is the squeeze: when a preflop raise is called by one or more players, the next raise is a squeeze.
