Turn

The third street in community card poker, which begins when the fourth card is dealt on the board. The third betting round takes place on the turn, after players have bet for the first time preflop and for the second time on the flop. On the turn, players already see 6 of the 7 possible cards, so the strength of their own hand and the possible strength of the opponent’s hand are almost fully known, which pushes the players in the hand toward active play.
