All-in

Definition

The largest possible bet, equal either to the player’s entire stack or to the part of it that matches the largest stack among the opponents. When going all-in, a player puts all his chips on the table, i.e. bets everything. After that he can no longer take any active actions. When there is an all-in, the winner is decided only at showdown by comparing hand strength.
