Definition
An unfinished straight or flush that needs two specific cards to complete. For example, if a player holds Jh Kh and the flop comes 3d 8h Ts, they have a backdoor flush draw – a hand that will be completed if two hearts come on the turn and river. Another name for a backdoor draw is a runner-runner draw.
