A pair made from the lowest-ranked card on the board and one hole card, or a pair of two hole cards of the same rank that is lower than the lowest card on the board. For example, Hero holds Ts 5d and the board is Ks Jd 8c 5h Ah. As a result, Hero has a pair of fives. Since the five is the lowest card on the board, Hero’s hand is considered bottom pair.
