Badugi

Definition

A relatively young poker variant that combines features of draw poker, lowball and hold’em. Hands are made from four hole cards, there are no community cards, and players can draw from 0 to 4 cards over three streets. In Badugi the weakest hand (by the standards of classic poker variants) wins – one made of cards of different ranks with no paired cards. The best possible hand is called a Badugi and looks like A 2 3 4, with all cards of different suits.
