Definition
One of the stages of a poker hand in which new cards are dealt or cards in hand are exchanged, followed by a betting round. The number and names of streets differ between poker variants. In Hold’em and Omaha there are four streets: preflop, flop, turn and river. In seven-card poker without community cards (Stud and Razz), betting takes place in five rounds. Single-draw poker has two streets.
